Decoder Locking
DCC Concepts Decoders offer a decoder locking mechanism
which can be useful when several decoders are used in one loco
on the same address, e.g. for adding sound
DCC Concepts suggests values of 1=mobile, 2=sound, 3=light/function only
Set CV15 equal to this number to unlock the decoder for programming
To use the Decoder Lock (CV15) must be set manually from the single CV programmer, or make use of the multi-decoder tool
